Magnesium activates the enzymes that convert B vitamins into their usable forms. Vitamin D can't be metabolised into its active form without magnesium as a cofactor. B vitamins feed the same energy and methylation pathways that magnesium and D3 depend on. Taken separately, each is doing its job alone. Taken together, each one works because the others are already there.
What's in it, and why the form matters
Magnesium Bisglycinate, 180g. Chelated, not oxide. Oxide is the cheapest form on the market and the least absorbed — most of it passes straight through. Bisglycinate is bound to an amino acid, which is what makes it usable rather than just present on the label. It's also the mineral that activates everything below.
Vitamin D3+K2. D3 from lichen, K2 as MK-7 in an MCT oil base. K2 directs the calcium D3 helps you absorb into bone rather than arteries, and MK-7 is the form suited to once-daily dosing.
Active B-Complex, 90 capsules. Every B vitamin already in its active form — P5P instead of pyridoxine, Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF instead of folic acid, methylcobalamin instead of hydroxycobalamin, so there's no conversion step your body has to complete before it can use them.

Powder doesn't have any side effects bit still haven't been able to see any calming effects
My box came without a dropper for the bottle. This is very bad service. Nobody even responded when I tried to connect.
I think liquid is reacting with the dropper rubber and hence causes decomposition of that rubber, Please look into this!
Several issues that aren’t customer friendly in my opinion. 1. The container is only half full when opened. Assuming it is sold by weight, having a large container is unnecessary and also points to false marketing.
2. The directions for use is 1/2 scoop. If so, why not make the scoop the correct dosage size and if anyone needs more they can easily take two scoops. As it is it’s not easy to get exactly half in the scoop.
3. The powder does not dissolve in the water. Even after stirring several times. It’s more like a suspension in the water and some of it gets left behind in the glass.
4. I have only recently started taking this supplement so cannot speak to the efficacy of the product. Will update after my next blood test.

Yes the magnesium bisglycinate powder does not completely dissolve in water as it is a mineral and I would recommend you that you drink the powder immediately after stirring it in the water.
1) Yes the container is filled just more than half but I can assure you that the jar contains 200 grams of magnesium powder accurately. And yes, the jar size is a little bigger but that makes the label bigger too and more readable .Although we might change the jar in the future batches, thanks for the feedback.
2) Yes it can be a little difficult to measure half scoop but it can still be done. We recommend gradually increasing each individual's magnesium dosage and we recommend starting with half scoop at a time and total 1 scoop per day.
3) Yes the powder will not dissolve completely in water.
4) Sure, do let us know your results if you're open to sharing them. According to our research, the serum magnesium marker in India for magnesium levels doesn't give a proper picture of the magnesium levels in our body.If you have the access to RBC magnesium, it is a more accurate marker for checking checking magnesium levels in the body.
The product is good but the dropper broke after a few days of usage. Liquid leaking out from the top. Hope the liquid will not deteriorate soon.
Hello Ankit, thank you for the review. The dropper top is rubber made and will not break easily even after a fall.It has to be scratched by hand to damage it.Also, if someone keeps the bottle in sunlight for long or not kept the bottle inside the mono-carton/box after use, after some days due to the heat , it might lead to wear and tear of the dropper and liquid.The liquid will not deteriorate as long as you keep the bottle inside the mono-carton stored in a cool and dry place.
I liked the quality and it has got immense positive effect on my health, it has been a week feels good, hoping to be the same in future, so far nothing negative effects.
B Complex is a must for Vegetarians and vegans. I am person who is not able to consume non-veg foods on a daily basis and need all the B vitamins. I can see that I am better able to manage stress and maintain my energy levels throughout the day. I would recommend this supplement to everyone whether you are eating non-veg or not.
I take this Magnesium powder twice in a day, and I can really feel the energy difference in my body. Also I feel more relaxed and having good sleep after taking this supplement. A quality product without any preservatives or unnecessary things, that should not be there in a supplement.
Been a few weeks using the product. The most visible effect is that my sleep cycle is now very intense. I don't wake up tired anymore. Post-gym muscle recovery has also improved; compound lifts do not feel as taxing on the muscles as they did before.

I haven't seen any Indian brand include MCT oil with a Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement. This combination helps improve the absorption of Vitamin D3 since it's a fat-soluble vitamin. Thanks to the MCT oil, I can even take this supplement on an empty stomach without any hesitation.
This is my first time using this D3 supplement, and so far I've noticed positive changes in my mood and immunity.
