Powder doesn't have any side effects bit still haven't been able to see any calming effects
I have been using this supplement for a while and am very happy with the decision. I highly recommend it to anyone facing Gut issues. It helped me to improve my digestion and tackle my gut issues.
Several issues that aren’t customer friendly in my opinion. 1. The container is only half full when opened. Assuming it is sold by weight, having a large container is unnecessary and also points to false marketing.
2. The directions for use is 1/2 scoop. If so, why not make the scoop the correct dosage size and if anyone needs more they can easily take two scoops. As it is it’s not easy to get exactly half in the scoop.
3. The powder does not dissolve in the water. Even after stirring several times. It’s more like a suspension in the water and some of it gets left behind in the glass.
4. I have only recently started taking this supplement so cannot speak to the efficacy of the product. Will update after my next blood test.

Yes the magnesium bisglycinate powder does not completely dissolve in water as it is a mineral and I would recommend you that you drink the powder immediately after stirring it in the water.
1) Yes the container is filled just more than half but I can assure you that the jar contains 200 grams of magnesium powder accurately. And yes, the jar size is a little bigger but that makes the label bigger too and more readable .Although we might change the jar in the future batches, thanks for the feedback.
2) Yes it can be a little difficult to measure half scoop but it can still be done. We recommend gradually increasing each individual's magnesium dosage and we recommend starting with half scoop at a time and total 1 scoop per day.
3) Yes the powder will not dissolve completely in water.
4) Sure, do let us know your results if you're open to sharing them. According to our research, the serum magnesium marker in India for magnesium levels doesn't give a proper picture of the magnesium levels in our body.If you have the access to RBC magnesium, it is a more accurate marker for checking checking magnesium levels in the body.
I liked the quality and it has got immense positive effect on my health, it has been a week feels good, hoping to be the same in future, so far nothing negative effects.
B Complex is a must for Vegetarians and vegans. I am person who is not able to consume non-veg foods on a daily basis and need all the B vitamins. I can see that I am better able to manage stress and maintain my energy levels throughout the day. I would recommend this supplement to everyone whether you are eating non-veg or not.

If you make it in the form of capsule, it will be super easy to consume
A quality product without any preservatives or unnecessary things, that should not be there in a supplement.
Been a few weeks using the product. The most visible effect is that my sleep cycle is now very intense. I don't wake up tired anymore. Post-gym muscle recovery has also improved; compound lifts do not feel as taxing on the muscles as they did before.
