At iThrive, your health and safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products, as we cannot guarantee their storage conditions after they leave our facility.

While we don't accept returns, we are committed to making things right if your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you encounter any of the following issues, please let us know within 2 business days of receiving your delivery:

  • You received a product that is damaged, leaking, or tampered with.

  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect number of products.

  • An item is missing from your order.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Email our customer care team at care@ithrive.shop within 2 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the products you received.

  3. Helpful Tip: To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend taking a short video while unboxing your package. This can serve as clear proof of damage or error and significantly speeds up the verification process.

Once we verify the issue, we will dispatch a fresh replacement product to you at no additional cost and arrange a pickup for the damaged item (to help improve our processes).

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at care@ithrive.shop as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

A Note on Pre-Order Items

Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked on the product page, along with an estimated ship time.

  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

  • Delivery: Once a pre-ordered item is shipped and delivered, it is subject to the same policy regarding Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items as outlined above.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following specific circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation: If you successfully cancel a prepaid order (including pre-orders) before it has been shipped.

  • Out of Stock: If a product you ordered is out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order.

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for a single order due to a technical error.

Please note, refunds will not be issued if:

  • A delivery fails because an incorrect shipping address was provided.

  • A product has been opened or partially consumed.

  • A replacement request for a damaged/incorrect item is made after the 2-business days window.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
