How to get the test done?

• Confirm the test with us and pay 100% in advance for this test.
• Contact iThrive Team for test instructions and guidance.
• We will send you the sample collection kit with essential documents. 
• We will contact Neuberg Labs and arrange your blood draw and ask the phlebotomist to visit your home for home blood collection.
• Fill out all the documents.
• For another country, You need to find a courier company yourself. We will help you and provide you with all the necessary documents.
• The sample will be shipped by Neuberg labs.
• The international FedEx shipping charges are already included in the test price.
• Reports will take 3 weeks to come. 

Once the report arrives, we will let you know. The courier charges for FedEx will be Rs.3000/- per sample sent to Cyrex Labs in the USA. This charge is already included in the pricing.
